They are the majority shareholder, as far as I can tell, they do not have any control over management or over the product, for now at least.
Kaseya does not take a passive interest in their holdings, they are very actively involved in heavily monetizing the companies they invest in.
Oh okay, I haven’t had any experience with Kaseya directly before.
I agree with Tom on this. Where in the world does a majority shareholder (the person who holds the most power or say-so) not inject or push their opinion or objectives.
