XCP-ng unable to install windows guest drivers

I have the latest XCP-ng 8.2.1; I needed it for secure boot. I set up a new VM Windows server 2019 and have been unable to install Windows guest drivers and management agent.
I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.

I create the windows VM with secure boot off and Windows Update tools off. After it boots, I install all updates and then turn on Windows Update tools to install drivers for XCP-ng, which is where I start having the problems.

I also have tried to do this manual and have the same problem. What am I doing wrong with this VM windows 2019?

I would appreciate any help to get this working correctly and have the procedure for installing tools and agent.

I have not done any testing with the new secure boot functions but I do have a video on how to load the guest utilities.

I follow the steps in the video but still have an issue with the management Agent for windows. Where do I get the correct management agent from?
