Xcp-ng minimum drive needs

Hey folks, I’ve read the requirements on the XCP website, and am wondering if that roughly 50GB requirement is really the minimum?

I’m hosting the VM drives on a NAS so don’t need VM storage. Is there any way to squeeze the hypervisor alone onto one of the 16GB Optane drives I have to hand? The nodes I have don’t have the space to fit dual drives to stripe it. Just hoping that I don’t have to go poke Ebay for some 64GB optanes.

No way that I am aware to get it that small.
