The Synology filled up. I reduced the number of copies to keep in the backup job from 30 to 7 in hopes it would flush out the older ones. It did not. How do I free up space on the NAS?
Use the Storage Manager and look at what can be deleted.
I presume you mean in the menu … Home and then click on Storage? That lists the SR’s. When I click on the sr that is full, then click Disks it is empty. I can not find a menu that lists all the files on that SR
Ahh, in my haste I missed the title saying XCP-ng and assumed you were trying to do this from Synology. In XCP-ng you can purge from the restore section in backups.
