My WireGuard tunnel stays down when I reboot my cable modem.
A reboot of the pfsense and it works, no problem.
Is there anything you guys can think of I need to check to get this fixed.

My guess is that maybe the IP address changes and Wiregaurd needs to be restarted which you can do without restarting pfsense.
Yeah I wish, but the IP address is staying the same. I have done it twice this morning and the tunnel will not come back up until I reboot pfsense.
The only thing I can think of is I have something wrong going from a static IP to a dynamic IP.
I have other Wireguard tunnels that are from static to static that work fine. But this one is a dynamic to static.
may be you should have to try to keep it on rest for atleast 5 min
