Which Hardware for a XCP-NG Lab with 5 to 6 machines

Good day,

we would like to set up a test lab in our company with XCP-NG.
We want to run some Windows servers and clients on it and maybe some production systems like Netbox and the like.

Can anyone here recommend a good server for us?
We were thinking about a price range of $1000 - $1600, but with the possibility to upgrade the server.

I assume you are looking for some used equipment, you can get a Dell R630 for a reasonable price from eBay. If you are looking for something refurbished but tested with a warranty Tech Supply Direct is great for that.
