Which cable in home to use?

Im getting crazy over here… which cable to use in home.
I want in the wall a cat cable one 10 meters and one 12 meters long.
But which cat cable to buy and stug or flexible ?

Cat6 is fine for 10GB at lengths less that 30M

Not really clear on what you are asking. It’s solid copper cable.
