Which Backup does Tom use for his clients?
I use and resell Carbonite but I find it unreliable.

That varies a bit as we will setup the best solution for each client, but mostly we are using Solarwinds Backup and some MSP 360.

What do you use for Windows servers?

As Tom mentioned, Solarwinds Backup or MSP 360. It works on Windows Server as well.
