As MSP we have to keep track of a lot of credentials, priviledges, configuration settings, help files, drawings, backup images both firmware and server (if necessary), end user contacts details, projects, etc. How do fellow MSP keep track of these?
For the last 10 years I’ve been using the old faithful “file sharing” way by creating folders of specific categories and sort by client name. I’m able to access these information via VPN both Phone and Laptops remotely. However, keeping it updated with versioning is becoming more challenging these days.
