What is your choice for CRM software?

This is a MS-Windows based application for my clients that is a no go, Suite CRM back end runs on Linux and is accessible via browser. Usually in a VM with data on TrueNAS Very large selection of plugins making the system very flexible.

Thank you all for your recommendation. Iā€™ll be checking them out.

Results so far:

  1. We are on-board with ZohoAssist and utilizing their Attended and Unattended Access in our website and In-Premise monitoring system in assisting our clients.

  2. As for DMS, a general review with our clients indicate they would prefer ā€œhard carbon copyā€ since thereā€™s proof of service delivery and acknowledgement. So, probably no need for DMS yet.

  3. CRM, will review the recommendations above. But looking at Zoho CRM. Not sure if itā€™s suitable as our team is small. The problem is consolidation of multiple ā€œincoming casesā€ from various channels into a single streamlined ā€œtodo listā€ visible to all. Iā€™m not sure if what Lawrence uses Google Suite Group would help.

Hey there! When it comes to choosing the best CRM software, there are so many great options out there that it can be hard to pick just one. Some popular choices include Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, but it really depends on your specific needs and preferences. On a different note, have you ever considered looking into CRM Instagram integration? It could be a unique way to engage with your customers and build relationships through social media. Just a thought!

my CRM is Suite CRM on prem hosted.
