make pretty reports
I usually just use NMAP but it does not do pretty reports. But I really just need a list of equipment and not pretty reports.
One system that we are evaluating is https://www.rumble.run as it does an amazing job of finding things on the network. If your are interested in a little history, Rumble was founded by Metasploit creator HD Moore. It came from his background in doing red team work and using just NMAP was not fast enough or gathering enough information for them.
I have not been using it for very long, but me and my staff have been impressed so far.
