Hello i set my WAN interface static 10.229.100.102 gateway is 10.229.100.101/30 came from my ISP
The interface is UP and Running, but when i try to ping 10.229.100.101 RTO.
try to connect my laptop directly to my modem i able to ping 10.229.100.101.

That is a RFC 1918 private IP so make sure you have Block Bogon/Private Networks turned off.

Possibly some kind of MAC address restriction by the ISP? Could try putting you laptops MAC address in the MAC Address field for the WAN interface to “spoof” it and see if you can ping out
Does the laptop get out of the network with those same settings?
