I’d love to hear your opinion on the synology HA system, and more specifically the UC3200 as it seems to be the closest thing to truenas as it’s a dual controller single set of drives system. Possibly a comparison of it against truenas.
This would of course require hardware, and I’m not sure your relationship with synology or if you’d have a customer that’d have a use for it, but is somerhing that is intriguing
