Using DFS chanel on Ptp antennas

Hey Guys

I have a question, I have a site in where we must implement a multiple PtP antennas.

The site is in very rural erea and packed with 5Ghz, on open chanel, what are the consequences (is it legal) of using DFS chanel.

Planing to use AirMax AC antenna, not sure witch ones yet.
