Meant to comment last night, but got doing other things… Since the wifi is on a card, would this support 5ghz flavors if you just swapped to a different card? Just wondering if it is built into the OS to support other cards.
Really not sure but I would not waste time or money doing that. For basic home users 2.4 is fine to get their phones connected.
