Unifi USW PRO behind a meraki cannot access camera via browser

I’m unable to access a Hikvision camera (DS-2CD2163G2-IU) from my main network (192.168.0.x) after connecting it to a USW Pro 48 switch via a CAM VLAN (192.168.30.x). The camera is intended to record to a Synology NAS on the same main VLAN.

Setup:

USW Pro 48: Connected to a Cisco Meraki MX Firewall.
Cloudkey Gen 2: Connecnted to USW Pro
VLAN: Created a VLAN (192.168.30.x) on the Meraki firewall and connected the USW Pro 48 switch directly to it.
Camera: The Hikvision camera is connected to the USW Pro 48 switch and given a static IP address from the CAM VLAN.
NAS: The Synology NAS is on a different VLAN (192.168.0.x), but is intended to receive recordings from the camera.

Troubleshooting:

I can access the Hikvision camera’s web page from a desktop directly connected to the USW Pro 48 switch and assigned an IP address from the camera’s VLAN.
However, the Synology Surveillance Station cannot connect to the camera via ONVIF.
A Dahua camera connected to the same VLAN works fine.

Question: What is causing the issue with the Hikvision camera, and how can I resolve it?

thanks

Make sure the VLANs are defined the same on both the Meraki and the UniFi.

thanks for the reply,

i changed the native default lan IP settings even.
however changing to legacy view mode also unable to change the default vlan ID for it.

so what i did is created a seperate vlan network for exact same name on meraki with vlan id. and gave the port the vlan for hikivision camera. doing this so the ping stopped working. so i reverted back to default.

thanks
