Apparently I’m not the only one with this issue.
Reddit - Connecting to site is taking longer than expected?

I only have one UCG Ultra and have only used the Cloud login a couple of times, so I don’t know what to expect.

Is this something that is common? Or is this a new issue?

It’s a cloud service and sometimes it has issues, but overall their uptime has been good.

I was able to get on-site today and reboot the UCG-Ultra as some recommended on Reddit.
This resolved the issue.
