Unifi set-default not working

Hi,

We are taking over a previous MSPs Unifi Kit. They have given us the SSH login, I have managed to provision the switch but the APs just dont work.

I logged in, upgraded to the latest firmware which works fine,

When I trigger set-default I immediately get the below and the AP fails to reboot.

Trying to avoid going on site, 3 APS same thing.

Do you have any firewall rules that is blocking traffic?

How do you determine that the AP fails to reboot when you are not on site? Maybe there is no DHCP on the network.

Factory reset it, the ssh back in and then it should work.
