Unifi QoS Prioritize and Limit

Hello Everyone,

I’m trying to limit the bandwidth consumption for specific apps(categories) on my network per device. I have several VLANS and was wondering if the setting below would limit the down-and-upload per device on the VLAN1000 or for the entire VLAN1000?

I have not tested but I assume that would set the limit per network.
