Unifi AP-U6 Lite Loses devices on IOT VLAN, LAN VLAN keeps working

Hi my Unifi AP U6 Light regularly loses all the devices in my IOT vlan, the devices in my main LAN vlan keep working.

This morning, just before i left for work, all the iot devices disconnected from the IOT vlan they did not come back until i power cycled the AP when i got home from work.

Before i power cycled the AP i saw that there were zero clients in the IOT vlan, normally around 33 devices, this is not the first time this has happened.

I hope someone can give me pointers to where i can start looking for the source of the problem.

Equipment:
AP U6 Lite (6.6.55) connected to
US 8 150W switch (PoE+) connected to
US 8 60 W switch connected to
Netgate 1100, pfsense version 23.09

You might need to pull the logs from your AP to drill down into the root cause.

I have downloaded a log file from my Access Point, i had 1 disconnect/connect event in the time period thats in this log file.
the MAC address for the affected device is e8:9f:6d:90:66:e6

I dont understand the info in the log file.
I have searched the MAC address and saw lines with “reason code::2” i hope that the log file helps some one to explain me whats is happening.
