Unifi AP NanoHD and Up/Downlink

Hello,
we have a house with 3 floors. We want to make WLAN in all floors. The floors have no network connection. Can we take the Unifi AP NanoHD and connect it with up and downlink? The first NanoHD is connected to the Internet via cable. The second I would connect via uplink / downlink to the first. The third I would connect via uplink / downlink with the second. Have somebody already done that?
