Unifi AP Adjustment & Tuning

Hello,

I am in current need of some advise for the adjustment on a Unifi Solution to which i would have deployed for a client but its not working as well as it should.

Currently persons are getting knocked off of the internet occasionally and i am unable to identify the cause of this.

Please Help.

Do you have a few more details about the setup. I would think that is needed to provide help. Is it only certain devices like phones for example? Or is there a specific ap that is guilty? Plus a little more about the hardware you have.
