UniFi Alerts Not Working For Disconnections

Since late June/early July my UniFi controller is no longer sending disconnection alerts. I noticed the “Notifications” tab is missing from classic settings so I went to the new user interface settings and couldn’t find an alert option for Disconnections. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get them working again?

SMTP settings are fine as I can receive all test emails. Need to figure out in particular how to get the disconnected devices alerts working again.

I have this problem as well. We just discovered it when we learned that a client’s network was down, but we had received no alerts about it. Based on what I read in this reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Ubiquiti/comments/peo574/no_alerts_anymore_on_unifi_network_controller/, it sounds like these alerts were removed intentionally by UniFi, which REALLY stinks. We rely on these alerts for critical intel.
