Thanks for the warning about the 10baseT modules. Is it a lack of fan issue? I don’t have any 10baseT modules in my passively cooled Mikrotik so an unknown to me. And really the only place I need a 10baseT is the connection to my Tricaster because it has a copper port on the main board, so I needed a copper module on the Netgear AV line switch. And even in that fan cooled switch, that module does get crazy hot, but not drop it prevent pain hot. Think I bought an FS module for this application.

It’s not a lack of a fan, they are noticeably hotter than when I use them in that MikroTik switch that also does not have a fan.
