Unable to connect to Active Directory | sqlite3 error

Hello, I am running TrueNAS-13.0-U3.1 . I was previously connected to a Windows domain that was unexpectedly deleted due to data loss. My TrueNAS system was not properly removed from the domain. I have rebuilt the domain with the same name and I am trying to add TrueNAS back to the domain. However, I am receiving this database error. Now I am also unable to hit save on the active directory tab or change bind user account. I would like to solve without having to wipe and reinstall. So far I have:

  • Restarted the machine multiple times
  • Removed any Kerberos realms and keytabs
  • Tried different administrator bind accounts

I have already posted on the TrueNAS forums as well. Looking for some possible solutions or a direction to look towards, thanks!
