Ubiquiti USG - Client to Site VPN Issues - Reboot required

Has anyone had issues with their Ubiquiti USG and/or USP-PRO-4 where they periodically need to reboot the hardware to restore remote computer VPN connect capability? I have a customer on a USG and another on a USG-PRO-4 that both experience this issue. Once I reboot the gateway, VPN connections work again.

Yes we have noticed this and our solution has been to replace the USG with pfsense.

Thanks very much @LTS_Tom for your feedback. I truly like the single pane dashboard for everything UniFi, but as I’ve seen…VPN instability is a deal breaker on the USG’s. Thanks again!
