I’m having trouble connecting to the console via terminal on Mac computer. I want/need to reset the router to factory settings. I’ve attached a screenshot of my terminal that shows all the errors. Anyone know how to get this to work. I downloaded the driver package from the Newgate website. Followed the instructions at this site.
I also tried connecting with a windows computer and I get the same errors. I am able to connect to a CLI. Is there a way to factory reset from there?
Looks like it needs to be reloaded, open up a ticket with Netgate to get an image.
