In Tom’s video about replacing failed drives when he simulates a drive being disconnected and reconnected, the drive comes back almost instantly. On my system when I do that, the drive does not automatically reconnect, I have to click replace and it resilvers for hours. No data was changed on the system between the time it was unplugged and plugged back in. System is R710 with H200 controller in IT mode. Drives are Seagate Constellation SAS drives. Any ideas on what I did wrong or where I start to troubleshoot?
