TrueNAS Scale Uploading data

Running TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.3 and have noticed that a few times a day its uploading over a GB of data to various IP address (sampling)
:
128.173.88.78
54.175.93.212
23.94.221.207
172.245.94.35
72.66.73.160

Did a lookup on a few of these and some were from server owned by verizon. Another time was the Virginia Polytech, another Amazon Tech.

Any thoughts? or should I just wipe and reinstall TrueNAS…

Not seeing those in my logs

Just as a followup in case others see something similar.
I think I have figured out what the cause was.
This TureNAS (scale) system also has Syncthing installed and even though I only sync to another local system, it appears that Syncthing was reaching out to its relay pool.
I disabled syncthing and the outbound data movement stopped.
