TrueNAS Scale 'Goldeye' GUI Infinite load

Hey there!
I recently recommissioned a R620 I had set up as a TrueNAS Scale server, and have reinstalled the latest stable version ‘Goldeye’.

For the first few days everything has been fine, web UI worked as it should. The last few days however when I navigate to log in, I am greeted with an infinite loading screen of a pulsing TrueNAS logo. On the rare occasions it progresses past this, the sign-in screen loads extremely slowly and is broken.

Last time I was able to get the sign-in prompt, when I put the correct username and password in it gave me the following error:

error loading dynamically imported module

It had some additional info for the server IP address following that, but the above is the error.

The whole reason I decommissioned my last TrueNAS machine was the GUI did the same thing, so I thought the machine had crashed and frozen. But this has now happened on 2 completely different machines (One AMD, the other a R620 with Intel Xeon processors).

Does anyone have any hints or tips to get the GUI working again? Rebooting the machine does nothing.

First, try a different browser and make sure you don’t have some plug in causing an issues, if that is not it then I am guessing you have some networking issues. You can also go to the command line and start looking for errors in /var/log/

Thanks Tom, I’ll have a look and see if I can see anything in the log files.

Some times it will decide to load fine, but at the moment its mostly just sitting there trying to load. When the system was first built, everything worked fine for about a week, then the GUI started to bug out with this infinite load.
