TrueNAS Scale Cloud Credentials Verify Fails

I am looking for some assistance in troubleshooting a problem with verifying cloud credentials for BackBlaze. This was working with a test application key, but after I deleted the test and tried to implement a production backup it fails. During the verify credentials process I receive the following error:

2024/12/27 14:38:11 ERROR : : error listing: incident id f31a78b3f82e-b2f8aac4196705dd (500 internal_error)
2024/12/27 14:38:11 Failed to lsjson with 2 errors: last error was: error in ListJSON: incident id f31a78b3f82e-b2f8aac4196705dd (500 internal_error)

I have deleted and recreated the credentials twice and deleted and recreated the application key within Backblaze. Not sure where to look to determine why credential verification is failing.

Running Truenas Scale: ElectricEel-24.10.0.2

I don’t use BackBlaze much anymore but I did have some credentials setup from my old YouTube video on it and they failed. After a closer look it appears TrueNAS now wants the keyID and not keyName from BackBlaze. After creating a new key and using that it backed up fine.

After some further testing I was able to get a successful verification if I create an application key without a name prefix. So you create the application key with a keyname, but leave the nameprefix field empty.

I also found out that there is a bug in the TrueNAS credentials panel. After you save the credentials, if you edit the credentials and tab into the name field, it errors out stating that the name already exists and will not allow you to save.

Thanks for the assistance Tom.
