How does one file a bug ticket at ixsystems. I got an alert that says " Please create a ticket at https://ixsystems.atlassian.net/ and attach the relevant core files along with a system debug." I don’t know how to create a ticket or attach relevant core files. I can’t find any help on their website. I somehow got to private downloads but that requires an existing ticket number.
You will need to ssh into your truenas and extract the core files from “/var/db/system/cores/”. Use SCP or SFTP or something and then follow the their documentation here
