I just bought an SG-3100 from NEtgate for a client. I received a sticket that says TNSR,
Apparently Netgate went and made a new firewall in parallel to pfsense for high performance routing.
Anyone taken a look at it?

The pricing for it sounds reasonable for an enterprise focused application. I have not really done any testing with it.
Read the docs and while TNSR seems to solve high performance requirements it requires complex admin, definite learning curve. If you are dealing in the SMB market space I’d stick with pf-Sense unless there is a specific use case, say hosted e-commerce cloud services.
