I’m trying out N-Able RMM for 30 days. Anyone have any tricks on getting Take Control sessions text rendering to not look all garbled? It doesn’t seem to matter whether I enable high DPI or change resolutions of the client session, text is especially difficult to read and things are generally poorly scaled compared to when I use something else like Bomgar or AnyDesk or RDP. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?
Even though we are still using N-Able we look at Take Control as the tool we use only as needed and our preference is still for ConnectiwiseControl. That being said, I don’t recall any scaling issues unless the client had a 4K screen. Try contacting their support.
