I’m relatively new to networking and I’ve been spending some time familiarizing myself with pfSense. Would it be possible for you to do a video on how to utilize syslog-ng within pfSense. Or, if easier, point me in the direction I need to go to understand the basics of syslog and setting it up correctly within pfSense? I attempted to create a syslog on the pfsense and point some of my EdgeSwitches to it for remote syslog but nothing seems to be collecting.

I would setup a dedicated syslog server instead of running it on the pfSense.
