I have a multiboot system with Win10 PopOS and Parrot that has a separate partition that I use to share files with all 3 operating systems. Can syncthing be loaded on all 3 systems to sync the shared partition with my FreeNAS or will bad things happen when I shut down one system and boot the other?

I don’t use multiboot, but as long as you don’t have permissions issues on the shared partition is should work.
