Just curious if anyone has had a similar issue. When accessing DS cam, my feed is instant. However, when I’m streaming from the desktop application, there always seems to be a 4 second delay. I’ve upgraded ram in the ds220+, new GPU on computer. Everything is hardwired. I just don’t know why there is this delay just on the PC.
I use it mostly via my browser, I have not noticed any significant delay
ive tried via my browser as well. Same issue. I just dont get it.
Not sure if it’s the same for the Synology desktop application, but we use Milestone xProtect and there is a massive delay if the CPU or GPU can’t keep up - especially with multiple 4k streams.
