Storage replication settings for trunas "media server"?

my jellyfin is running as a truenas app on an old fujitsu e series xeon server (surprisingly low power usage)

truenas is running on a small 2.5 inch spinning rust drive attached to the usb port on the mboard via a usb to sata adaptor

have a small ssd on one sata port setup with a pool called flashy just for the jellyfin app

remaining 5 sata ports are a mixture of 1/2/4 tb drives i had lying around, setup as a pool called rusty for the media files

once the media files are on the pool, never get deletions or any changes, and every month add a few more films/series

i replicate the flashy and rusty datasets to an old (AMD A4-3300, its old!) desktop running truenas with a drive big enough to hold the rusty pool, it’s set to wake up once a week in bios just before the replication task is due to start

what replication/snapshot settings would you recommend in this sceanrio plz on both boxes?

(all im really looking for is a secondary copy somewhere just in case a second drive dies when i replace a failed drive and its resilvering the 5 disk raid z1 rusty pool)

You set the snapshot & replication task to keep as far back as you think is reasonable based on how much storage you have and how far back you might want to roll back too.
