I was curious I was testing out moving my Roku to a separate vlan. The Roku uses ssdp for discovery on the network.
I have the mdns forwarding turned on and my chrome cast and printer work with no issues. However my Roku is not discovered unless I am on the same vlan. This is not something I can’t survive with. I am more curious than anything so I thought I would ask here maybe someone knows a fix.
I have tried forwarding the documented ports used but to no avail. Maybe I did not properly set this up, but not sure. Any suggestions are welcomed…
