Slow pfSense on Checkpoint 2200 (T110)

I bought few Checkpoint 2200 (T110) to use with pfSense and haproxy.

although net interface is 1G (1000 mbit), I get maximum of 80-100 mb (10 MByte) of local traffic.

Any ideas?

It is either slow cpu or bad cables that limit you to 100Mbps.
