Slow live VM migration speeds on ProxMox

So I have two Dell PowerEdge R750 servers. Both have a duel 10 Gig Card in them.

But it seems like my live migrations are only going at around 4 Gig speeds.

This is my bond, just uses these two 10gig NICs nothing else.

Can anyone point me in a direction to get this working faster?

What are the storage that are migrating from/to? (no of drives, types, internal or external etc)

Under Data Center | Options | Migration Settings, what network have you assigned?
