Evening, do you have a setup video for the latest pfblockerng 3.2.17_1? It states I need to
setup Virtual IPs first
so I need some help on this new configuration.

I would recommend you use the pf-blockerNG-devel package. Its newer and better maintained than I believe it defaults to 10.10.10.1. Set it at firewall/pfblockerNG/IP it is labeled "placeholder IP address

Using devel version is not going to help because this missing VIP is pfsense 2.9.0 issue. To fix this, you need to manually create new VIP with these exact parameters:
Type: IP Alias
Interface: loopback
Address type: Single address
Addreses: 10.10.10.1/32
Description: pfB DNSBL - DO NOT EDIT
The last one is very important because pfblocker is checking description as well. So make sure you create your VIP exactly as i described in here. Once you set all this up, select your VIP in pfblocker setup, reload all, and you are good to go.

Yes. Because localhost is loopback “device”.
