Setting up NetData app on TrueNAS 25.04 (no longer baked into TrueNAS)

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience setting up the Netdata application (Docker app) in TrueNAS 25.04?

Netdata was previously included as part of TrueNAS, but with v25, they’ve removed it and are now redirecting to the Docker app. I found it handy to have so I would like to install it, but some of the options during the initial app install I’m not sure how to configure.

Any suggestion or link to an existing guide would be great

The default options are fine, I don’t worry about any long term storage so I don’t bother creating a place for the data. Netdata is best for real time and near real time data logging.
