We have a great Managed Service Quote form but not a Service Level Agreement. Does anyone have a example of a Remote Support Service Level Agreement that they could share. We would enjoy sharing our quote form with everyone.
The Service Provider agrees to provide remote support services to the Client as outlined in the Managed Service Quote Form dated [Date]. Remote support includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, problem resolution, and technical assistance for covered systems and applications.
