Server Shenanigans Cost California Business Owner Over $2.4 Million

I have a blog post about an interesting case from California. The short version: A defendant in a civil lawsuit decided to sabotage his own server by shuffling drives around in order to prevent the plaintiff from recovering emails requested as evidence in the case.

The result? The judge issued a default judgment against the defendant and ordered him to pay $2.4 million in damages.

Should have hired Hillary as consultant on how to destroy evidence. HA HA

Or Trump on how to lie about it!
