RunZero causing issues with Unifi Wireless network

Has anyone seen RunZero causing problems with their Unifi wireless network?

We started running scans using RunZero’s conservative scan rate of 500 and it lead to big problems with clients. The wifi experience drops and clients have been disconnected for a minute at a time, video calls experience serious delay or drop.

Using a very low scan rate of 64 I am able to scan across the wireless network without causing issues, but this isn’t feasible to do a full network scan.

Wondering if anyone else has had experience using RunZero in an office environment with Unifi and what can be tuned to prevent client issues.
