Hi everyone,
by some reason i have no idea my Truenas was operating normally and this message that now is in loop comes up and there is no way to cancel nor if i shutdown the server when i started back goes back to the same loop.
Please advise if any one have an idea on how to go back to the normal operation.
I do recall doing an update but don’t recall the version what i do know ia that i set it up with version 12.0.U6.1

Mine is a Dell power edge T310
and boots from bios
If you take a look at the third post. The issue is in the HBA with BIOS and UEFI. Or your HBA is not getting initialized during boot. Later on it talks about proper drivers. You’ll have to do some investigation as to which is causing the issue.

Thank you for your advise lucky to say i have another TrueNas that i build as a backup with TrueNAS-13.0-U6.2 on a HP server with the necessary ram and HDD space once i connected to my network i was able to access and work on it. With more time ill do my assessment to find the causes of that error loop if is the bios or what is causing this to happen if the HBA is bad wouldn’t the hardware diagnostic find the issue? dell comes with a diagnostic straight from the bios or system.
