My Xen Orchestra is not responding to ping even after restarting the guest vm. I have backup of Xen Orchestra, using the backup function Xen Orchestra. Do you guys have procedure on how I can restore the backup using XCP-NG or this is not possible?
If you have the backup file you can use this from within the XCP-NG host:
xe vm-import filename=/YourBackupFile.xva

If you have the config backup, just create a new XO VM and apply the config, works great. Only thing you would need to set is the IP address through the console. If it is purchased, I’m not sure if the license key will get applied from the backup.
