Hi all, this might be bit of an odd question here, but I thought there could be a good chance to get genuine and good recommendations:
I am looking for an IT firm in Europe that can help with the IT carveout and new independent IT setup of a company.
The situation is that we acquired a new portfolio company and their IT is tied to the prior owner. There are 3 locations - London (new), Spain and Germany with overall about 20 employees - so not big - and we need to set up an independent IT system.
The requirements of the system infrastructure is quite basic, since the company is a developer of infrastructure. Most things happen in Outlook, Excel and Word. So likely a cloud solution is fine with O365 accounts, data storage and local and cloud backup and a few other data bases or business software apps.
I’d assume this is a smallish sized multi-month project but am frankly not experienced in system design/scoping. If the above sounds like complete garbage I’m also grateful for being asked the right questions.
Any recommendations or even pointing me in the right direction would be very welcome.
