I have a Netgate SG-5100 and a newly acquired rack, and I am wondering if anyone has seen a rackmount option for it anywhere. I am open to purchasing something existing as well as making / 3D printing something, I just have had no luck finding anything via my Google-fu.

I don’t have one, but it looks like there are 2 or 3 screw holes on the front edge. You’ll need to custom design something, or you could simply put it on a shelf:
